The purpose of this program is to provide individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to recognize and provide basic first aid care for injuries and sudden illness until advanced medical personnel arrive and take over. This course does not include information on breathing or cardiac emergencies. A 2 or 3 year certification is included. $35 per person (group discounts are available)
8 hour program
5-6 hour review class
Includes all First Aid course materials, plus breathing and cardiac emergency skills, and information for victims of all ages. 1 or 2 year CPR certification and 2 or 3 year First Aid certification. $65. per person (group discounts available)

Designed for persons who have a current certificate and want to challenge the written and skills exam.

This course is designed for the professional rescuer/health care provider. Covers ventilation with breathing barrier, bag valve mask, oxygen administration, automated external defibrillator (AED), and clearing a foreign-body airway obstruction. $65. per person (group discount available)
1 hour course
Prepares you for Osha regulations on blood borne pathogens. How infections occur and preventative measures. Protecting yourself and your victim. 1 year certificate. $10 per person.
4 hour course
This course is designed for daycare/child providers or any individual taking care of persons on or around a body of water. Covers “throw don't go method” , wading assists, pool safety and checklist, beach and lake safety. DHHS state of Maine approved. 3 year certificate, $60 per person. (group discounts available)
